As a congregation in Manhattan, our purpose is to let God’s Kingdom be seen in the individual lives of New York residents and throughout the heart of the city’s culture. We want to connect the reality of God in Christ to living in New York City. We plan to do this by starting and helping churches throughout the New York City area and the world.

We take the reality of Scripture seriously. We believe that it can change all of us. We see Scripture as a supernatural force that defies all of the attempts to corner it. Our journey is to understand the sovereign God who created the Scripture and to live out the implications of the Bible in our communities.

We also take New York City seriously. There is a language, a rhythm, and a struggle that this city creates. We want to live in the city and allow the Kingdom of God to change us and the city around us. We want to make New York City a better place for everyone.
